Instructions to request Jira and Confluence access:

Please submit access request in Halo

Select the approving Manager

Under What would you like to do - Select “New”

Select a date by when it is required to >> 48 hours (Lead time)

Please describe what you like to be able to do in the tool(s)

Access HMCTS Confluence & Jira. In Platform Operations team we use both for our BAU & Delivery work

Business Justification

Could you please provide access to Omer as he joined Platform Operations and would need access to Confluence and Jira
