Check list for new joiners to the Platform Operations team

  • Give users Platform Operations Confluence page links and documentation to read
    1. The HMCTS Way
    2. Team Structure
  • Add the new joiner to Platform Operations group in Slack
  • Send out relevant meeting invites for Stand ups, Retro, Show and Tells
  • Send PlatOps Jira board link to new joiner
  • Setup catch up calls with Team leads if needed
  • Verify the new joiner has an entry in github-management, can be self serviced.
  • Add the new joiner to DTS Platform Operations group on devops-azure-ad
  • Add the new joiner to Platform Operations group
  • If and when required add user to DTS Platform Operations SC group in devops-azure-ad
