Shared platform services and conventions that apply across CPP components, rather than to one service or one deployment route.

HMCTS-wide standards that apply to CPP as well as every other platform — versioning, security, accessibility and the rest — are in the standards section. Where a CPP page and an HMCTS-wide page disagree, the CPP page describes what the platform actually does today; raise the difference rather than assuming either is wrong.
